No video playback on Galaxy S7

I'm new here and have searched the threads and can't seem to find the answer, maybe I'm the only one with this problem. I've just gotten a new phone, Samsung Galaxy S7, and have installed SNES9X. Once a game is loaded, there is only music playing(from the game) but no video. Is there anything I could try to fix this or is there gonna be a fix to this or has SNES been discontinued with android updates?
