Playback Rate?

What's the difference between 32 KHz [SNES] & 48 KHz?
48 Khz = Better audio quality?

The SNES uses 32kHz for its audio output. Use of 48kHz doesn't up-sample or improve anything. I'd say if your sound hardware supports it, leave the output at 32kHz.
