Forcing NTSC possible?

Hi,

is it possible, to start every rom, even PAL roms, with 60 Hz?

In ZNES there is a function called "Force NTSC".

Set NTSC = TRUE in the [ROM] section of snes9x.conf, or use the custom rom dialog which exposes this option.
