Hi, I'm new here!
The title is clear. I don't know this emulator, I had always used another snes emulator but this seems to be really interesting.
I've downloaded 1.53 x64 emulator but I saw that there are some CG files. What are them? How can I use it?
Thanks in advance.

From the release thread:

CG Shaders in the windows port:
--------
If you want to use CG shaders in snes9x for windows you need to install the
CG Toolkit from nvidia's developer zone or download and extract the corresponding dlls
for your version from here:
http://download.sessionclan.de/overfien ... x/cg_dlls/

CG shaders work in both D3D and OpenGL. Various shaders can be found in
Themaister's Emulator Shader Pack:
https://github.com/Themaister/Emulator-Shader-Pack

Short version: extract the cg dlls into your snes9x folder, then you can load cg shaders from the video options.

uhm...but they enhance the emulation? Or some shaders are needed for make the games more similar to original on snes?

They are graphical shaders and change the display in various ways - much like the built in video filters.
Just try them out and see if you like the effects.

I have to download only cg_dlls_x64 and themaister pack, right? And put all these in snes9x main folder? I have Vistax64.
And how can I use them in emulator? What I have to do in this window? What file I have to select in Direct3D or OpenGL shader file?

You have to put the cg_dlls_x64 into the snes9x folder, the shader pack files can go anywhere. Then you go into snes9x' display configuration and select one of the cg files from the shader pack.
