When you open a second Rom game emulator hangs.
At the option put Custom ROM Open Dialogue.

Indeed, the Custom ROM dialog seems to have broken during the unicode conversion. Unfortunately noone (including me) noticed this until now.

You'll have to use the regular open dialog for the time being.

i noticed the same exact problem - thank you so much! i thought it was just me until i saw this.

not only did it freeze, it made me have to navigate to my rom folder from C:\ every time i tried to load a game. both issues seem to be gone with your download.
