After a while, a device that is running on Android 13, lost a function to create ROM shortcuts.
Expected function of initializing Add Content Shortcut To Luncher option, is to be followed by the prompt to rename the new shortcut, followed by said shortcut being added to the luncher homescreen; as it used to before.
However as of recant interacting with the the option mentioned above does not prompt any action.
Is there any known incompatibility issue on Android that may be the cause of this sudden malfunction?
Re-installing the app did not solve the issue.
All shortcuts extensions are managed by Android system app called Quickstep. It has never failed to create any other shortcut and continues to work as intended.
Resetting it's cache did not solve the issue either.
