[FEATURE] Fast Forward Hold Down Button

[FEATURE] Fast Forward Hold Down Button

Fast Forward currently exists as a toggle button. While this is great, I would really like a button I could manually hold and release for short bursts of speed. Also, can we get some more granularity on the frameskip? I tried only setting it to 2 skips and it still seemed way too fast.

go to Input -> Customize Hotkeys... and change "Fast forward toggle" to "Disabled".

fast forward would need to be reimplemented in a different manner altogether, which is more feasible on systems with VRR support.
