Satellaview not playing most ROM files

Every time I try to load Satellaview games using Snes9x, I get the "SRAM file wasn't found" message the first time I try to boot it, and the other picture every time after. Whenever I try to load the game with the Satellaview game on, I sometimes don't see the game listed on the computer, or if it is listed, there is always an error. What am I doing wrong? Am I missing save files? I have a folder for saves but I don't understand what I am doing wrong
