So I have Link swimming and somehow he's stuck in the riverbed.

Might help if you provide a screen shot of where you're stuck, and some details such as what you were doing before getting stuck, etc.

try posting it onto an image site like
imgbb.com first, then gather the proper image link(s) to it from that site
btw, snes9x screenshot files are generated in png file format
