Setting up SteelSeries Stratus Duo

Can't get the controller to work. Had some issue getting buttons mapped, it took either a strong press or multiple presses to get the input to read. In game, I get nothing. I've tried switching between Bluetooth and wired connections, nothing. Not sure what to do from here.
