[Windows 10] Unable to play Earthbound Hack

Hello there, trying to run SNES games on a Windows 10 computer.
Using version "snes9x-1.60-971-cc7e028-win32" of the emulator.
When opening the Earthbound hack "Mother 2 Deluxe"
I just get a black screen...just like 6MB games like Star Ocean [SNES]
Is there a way to make they emulator compatible with hacked SNES games ?
Other emulators and real hardware run this game just fine.
