OpenGL (Windows) crashes while a ROM is loaded

The program freezes for 1 or 2 seconds and then silently quits with no error message. I'm... not entirely sure when the problem was first introduced as it has been a long time since I last used the emulator. Direct 3D works fine, which contributes to it taking a potentially long time to realize the issue existed.

Seems to be caused by DWMSync configuration file option. Previously both Direct3D and OpenGL worked fine with DWMSync enabled.

I'm using 456.71 Nvidia drivers and Windows 10 20H2.

Unfortunately I can't reproduce this on my system (460.79, 20H2).

Apparently the currently available 46x drivers are pretty unstable? I've been kinda holding out for newer releases before updating my drivers.

Okay I've tested this with these nvidia drivers:

456.71
461.72
461.81 hotfix

OpenGL crashes with all of them while DWM Sync is enabled, I'm not even sure why as it did used to work! The emulator displays the yellow text with the checksum etc. when loading a ROM and then it quits.

After upgrading to 1.62.3-nwa this seems to be resolved.
