Slow/Laggy FPS on Demon Crest on 3rd misson(rusty casual) SNES9XGX!

I was enjoying the latest release of SNES9XGX on my Wii but I found that few games have FPS LAG issues even though on the frame rate shows 59/60 FPS the lag is there.
The only game I remember is on Demon Crest Stage 3 rusty casual, its almost unplayable.
I tested with NTSC ROM and the performance was really bad for this game.
Is there any fix to this Issue or should I downgrade to the older release?
