Quarter speed problem.

Sorry for the vague title, but I don't even know how to phrase my issue properly. I left the room, my 1-year-old son pushed something while I was gone, and now my game is running at 15 fps exactly (60-fps game). I don't know what he pressed, and none of my googling is helping.
The + and - keys display the change in speed, but only values below 100% actually affect the speed the game runs at. Auto frame skipping is on.
