Galaxy Tab A wont recognize Games folder on MicroSD card

Hey Everyone!
So this is probably a super basic fix, but for the life of me I cannot figure it out. I installed SNES9x on my new Tab A, and when I load the app, it recognizes all the other folders on my microSD card (Movies, Music, etc), but it doesn't show my Games folder.
Should I rename the folderto something specific for the emulator to pick it up? I only have .smc, .sfc, .nds and a few .fig files in there.
