CX4 chip issues (+ Super NES CD-ROM Emulation)

There are currently issues with CX4 chip emulation, A.K.A wire frame appearing in wrong positions.
Also, the Super NES CD FINALLY works, download below, get ready to start (trying) to emulate CD SNES games.
