License violations

Hello! And thank you for this wonderful software.
I'm the author of Lakka, a Linux distribution around RetroArch.
I'd like to attract your attention on the fact that many people are selling your software on places like Amazon, eBay, etc.
For example: https://www.leboncoin.fr/annonces/offre ... x&parrot=0
Or: http://www.ebay.fr/sch/i.html?_from=R40 ... x&_sacat=0
Or: http://www.ebay.fr/sch/i.html?_odkw=lak ... e&_sacat=0
Each time you see people selling a Raspberry Pi package including Lakka, Recalbox, or RetroPie, you can be sure the license of snes9x is being violated.
I started reporting those posts, but there are so many of them, and they re-spawn anyway.
What can we do about this? Any ideas or strategies that have been proven efficient to avoid this?
