Cheats for android

Post by EightBitHero »

Hey. I'm new here.

I've recently downloaded Snes9x for the android OS and I know where the cheat menu is but for some reason it won't take stacked cheat codes... Unless I'm missing something. I can only put one code in at a time... For example... It will only accept a single code like this

5AA1-0F61

It won't accept codes like this

5AA1-0F61
5AA1-0F61
5AA1-0F61

It will always put them linear like this.

5AA1-0F61 5AA1-0F61 5AA1-0F61

And then says it can't accept it. I've tried using , and . to separate them but it still says invalid.

So my question is... How can it accept a stacked cheat code entry?

you have to enter each code separately.

if a code isn't working for you, then either 1) it's not entered properly or 2) it's not valid for the exact ROM you're using.

Game Genie codes patch specific values in ROM; different revisions of a game release may have values shifted around and therefore require different sets of codes. also, you can run into issues using Game Genie codes with hacked/translated games for the same reason.

enter each line as a separate code (which is what they are - they just happen to have the effect you're looking for when applied simultaneously).
