Hi all..at first sorry for my english.Well my problem is this..when i run Yoshi's story or any game a window is showing with this message: ''The folders for saving files could not be created.Some features will not work properly without these folders''
So i can't save and load the game to start from the part i leaved it the last time i played.i have to start from the beginning..This is annoying!!
Can anybody help me with this??? thanks a lot .. I have snes9x for macOSX

Next, did you define a saves folder or is the saves/ROMs folder set as read-only?

I'm having a slight saving issue with Yoshi's Island as well. The game works fine and everything, it's just that I can't save in-game. I can do those quick "freeze-save" things, but if I don't do that I would have to start all over.
I have the most updated version of SNES9X, and I'm just curious as to why it won't let me save in-game.

Are you running Mac OSX?

What operating system are you using? 32 or 64bit? Version of Snes9x? Is the text at the bottom of the window white when you load the game?
