Hi, I can't seem to find much information on this and I have looked through all of the settings that I could find.
I'm wondering if it's possible to smoothly limit the Snes9x to run at 30 FPS/Hz. I am recording videos with FRAPS but when I force capture at a slower rate than what Snes9x is running at (50/60Hz) it slows down the game proportionately to the recording speed. Recording at 50/60 FPS with FRAPS gives me a flawless recording, but the file is twice as big as it needs to be.
Thanks for any help with this.
Force/Limit Output to 30FPS?

You can use the + and - to speed emulation up or down.
