Request for OV2: Testbuilds Sticky

OV2, if you have the time and inclination, it would be great to have a dedicated thread for your testbuilds with mention of any UX changes.

this was prompted by the new testbuild you posted on your site, without any mention here.

for the record, OV2 posts testbuilds here, and includes a full changelog in each zip file. the most recent is shown below:

- fix mouse cursor not disappearing

- improve command line controller settings (mouse should work)

- joypad hotkeys should work with all joypads

- new APU from bsnes (removes most apu hacks, old states should still load)
- cg meta shader support in D3D
- rewind support, adapted from Themaister's SSNES
  (enable in emulation->settings, set hotkey in hotkey config)
- libsnes port, adapted from Themaister
- bps soft-patching
- various small emulation fixes
