Might and Magic III isles of terra Personality stat bug

I have noticed there there is a bug in this game when played on my computer. The bug is not allowing any characters that use the personality stat to to increase there permanent stat of personality. We don't allow linking to ROM sites at all, not even hinting is okay. My computer is pretty old but has windows 10 a 64 bit version CPU it is all up to date not sure what the graphics card is any more it has 4 GB of Vram in it i believe the computer is about 14 years old and runs great it is a HP computer model number p7-1054. I am gonna try downloading from another site. just to see what happens. The graphics card is an AMD Radeon HD7700 series. I will check back here every day or so to see if there are any posts and try to assist however I can.
