Framerate problem

PLease note that english is not my first language.

So i was playing chrono trigger and I wanted to press enter as a savestate but I accidentaly pressed the frame advance button ("\"). I didn't know what happened at the time so I started pressing almost every button on my keyboard. I restarted the game and everything was fine exept the framerate. It looked like it was running n 30fp so I turned on the framerate display and it says:

60 fps
30/60

I tried to fix this and can't find a solution, so please help. If you need any more info simply ask.

You might have set frameskip to 1, you can check in "video->display configuration"
