Backup SRAM upon State Load

Backup SRAM upon State Load

So if a player accidentally invokes a Load State, a old State, they can recover lost progress by replacing the SRAM with the backup and then restart emulation.
Windows 10 x64, Ryzen 3700X, ASUS Crosshair Hero VIII WiFi Motherboard, 16GB 3600MHz RAM, MSI Gamer 1070Ti, Integrated Audio, Corsair AX760 power supply.

Not all games need the SRAM data to be kept synchronized with the rest of the system in order for the game to function correctly.
