Snes9x Idea: Disable Background Input for hotkeys.

It's annoying being unable to use background input without accidentally triggering hotkeys if you were to say, attempt to chat with someone on Discord for example.

I think making that option more specific would just open up more feature creep. You say “hotkeysâ€, but which keys are those, exactly? Someone will say “why not let us configure which keys.†Then you have to do a complex UI, and that adds new bugs and edge cases and makes things worse overall.

Hotkeys would be anything that doesn't pertain to playing the running game. ie: everything in the 4-page Hotkeys UI.
