Snes9x.com

Good day. I have been searching for some time a build of snes9x that allows me to have more codes than the v1.53 revision, I am currently playing Fire emblem Seisen no Keifu/Genealogy of the Holy War and my cheat file has 250 codes, which causes snes 9x v1.53 to crash.

Googling I stumbled upon this post that gave a link to snes9x 3500 cheats.zip however clicking said link in that post gives me a 404 error, I was wondering if anyone has that or a similar version/branch of snes9x.
