Where are you getting the codes from? I looked them up online. I found both the PAR codes and the Game Genie codes, but neither seem to work. I've even tried different ROM versions but to no avail. Are you matching the ROM Regions as well? And could you give me a link to this website? The site is -...

Mega Man X PAR Code Trouble

I've been trying to use codes for Mega Man X, specifically the "Infinite Energy" and "Infinite Lives" codes. Every code I try doesn't seem to work. Does anyone have any idea why the codes don't work? I know I've imputed them correctly. Thanks. P.S. I'm using the "Mega Man X ...

I'm having a slight saving issue with Yoshi's Island as well. The game works fine and everything, it's just that I can't save in-game. I can do those quick "freeze-save" things, but if I don't do that I would have to start all over. I have the most updated version of SNES9X, and I'm just c...

Deleting Quick-Save States

I accidentally created two quick-save states for the same game. How do I go about deleting one of them?

But you still can't save? I can do the "freeze quick-save" thing, but I can't bring up the in-game save menu that appears when you press select. I've tried every rom I could find, and they all do the same thing. :? EDIT: For some reason the select button works now...I have no idea why but...

OK, In NSRT, go to the folder where the ROM is, and double-click on it. It won't allow me to open the rom; it gives me a command line that tells me a bunch of commands that allows me to access various things, but I can't type anything. EDIT: I found the rom file, but it gives me an error; "ple...

I'm sorry, but I'm new to all this, and I'm not quite sure what you're talking about. :?

EDIT: I managed to get NSRT on my system, I just don't know how to check/fix my LttP rom.

I figured out what key is 'select,' and it works fine on other games, but for some reason it doesn't work on A Link to the Past, which is troubling to say the least.

Could the rom be screwed-up? 'Cause everything else is working fine with it.

Saving Question

I just downloaded Snes9x ver. 1.52 for Mac recently, and so far everything is working out fine, except I can't seem to figure out which key is used for "select." I tried controller configuration and so far nothing's helped. Could someone please help me out? Without knowing the key I can't ...

I've also had problems with a Link to the Past. I know this may seem like a stupid situation, but I don't know how to save in-game. Every other key works, it's just that I can't figure out which key equates to the 'select' button (and I've tried every key).

I'm on a MacBook, by the way.
