Never mind, I resolved it. It was completely my error lol. I would delete my post but I see no option for it.

I had audio crackling on my PC using it, until I changed video output to D3D, then it completely went away.

Turned my pc on today and it's no longer recognising my controller in game, yet it does in the input menu.
