Random slow downs fixed by alt+tab
I've been playing SMW with a steam controller, and I noticed the game was running slowly. I enabled frame skipping to see if that was the issue, and it did in fact make it run at a normal speed. I enabled the Show Framerate option too and found that while the fps counter told me it was running at 50...
