Retroachievements build based on 1.60 also affected.

I found a bug with XAudio2 sound driver:
When i reset or load game the sound becomes louder, like the volume level is ignored (must be set to something like 30% to notice).
This bug not happens with WaveOut driver.
I use Snes9x 1.60 x64 on Win10x64.

Can we have an option to play with keyboard or joypad without reconfigure input every time?

snes9x 1.54.1 was running bs-x (satellaview) games with no problems
every version after (i checked 1.55-1.59.2) there is just a black screen.
