[FEATURE] Fast Forward Hold Down Button
Fast Forward currently exists as a toggle button. While this is great, I would really like a button I could manually hold and release for short bursts of speed. Also, can we get some more granularity on the frameskip? I tried only setting it to 2 skips and it still seemed way too fast.

You can use any controller. All you need is an OTG Cable which will adapt your MicroUSB or USB Type C connection to a regular USB 2.0. Then either Dualshock controllers or Xbox controllers will work. I forgot to mention the Sound Driver used is XAudio2. When I set it to Snes9x DirectSound the mute option works. Strange part is, when in Snes9x DirectSound there is studdering if I click on one of the menuItems. In other words, the application goes to an onPause() state but the sound continues stud...

Mute Sound causes stuttering instead of muting
Reproduce:100%
Open Snes9x 1.54.1.
Open any ROM.
Goto Sound -> Settings
Check "Mute Sound"
The audio now becomes a continuous garbled loop of stuttering.
It does not mute the sound.
OS: Windows 8.1 x64
SNES9x: 1.54.1 (For Windows)

Currently the only way to Mute Sound is to go into the Sound Settings and click the checkbox to "Mute Sound". It would be nice if there was a quicker way via a HotKey. Please create a HotKey which will toggle this checkbox. Doing this would allow users to quickly mute their game audio if t...
