Extended heigght option for future versions of snes9x.

For future versions of snes9x, instead of having the option "Extend height of screen" (might be worded differently) apply to ALL games, I'd like that option to be changed so that it only applies to games that you want to use it for, & to save that setting so that whenever you play one of those specific games again, snes9x will automatically extend that game's height.
