Cheats will work on any emulator, regardless of port. This assumes the codes work for the game.

what i mean is, i have a mac, so the... thing dosent show up in the cheat menu. its only cheat entry and cheat finder. i have the most recent version(snesx 1.52)
so i need the codes as they are in cheat finder.

I believe it should work like the Windows port... just enter the code in WITH the dash "-" and it'll convert to the proper internal code. Don't worry about the code looking the same after you enter it, because it simply won't look the same.
