A Problem

I have downloaded the latest source but when trying to compile visual studio is reporting a missing file called initilizedll.cpp in the oglcompiler source.
Any ideas guys ? i really want to get this compiling and hopefully contribute.

Any help to get this compiling would be appreciated and hopefully I can help with the code
