Volume settings reset when resetting game

I've changed the sound settings to only be around 15%, but every time I go through the menu to reset or change game, it resets back to 100%. If I close the window then open it again, it will keep it at 15%, so it's only when I reset/change game through the menu and it happens every time I do that. To note, I'm on version 1.56.
