assign both digital and analog directions to snes9x config

I have faced a misfortune while configuring a xbox one and a xbox 360 controller in snes9x
the thing is, when i configure the input, as xbox controllers does not have option to turn on/off analog, i must choose either to use analog stick as directionals or the dpad, can't configure both for this.
the android version supports it. any way to do it on pc version?
