cmd commands

May I get a full list of cmd commands for the emulator ?
Also is there a way to pick which controller layout you want to use while using a batch file to start the game/emulator ?
For example I use layout #1 for almost all my games, but for a few specific games I want to use layout #2 or #3.
I know there's a -swap options I could use but as far as I know it only toggles between #1 and #2.
