Double click app on taskbar to shrink doesn't pause emulatio

Double clicking the emulator program instance on the Taskbar to minimize the program doesn't cause the emulator to pause the emulation. Clicking the minimize button or clicking another application window (or the desktop etc.) to remove focus from the emulator will correctly pause emulation.
Input > Enable Background Input is enabled.
Emulation > Settings > Pause when Inactive is enabled.
