I haven't played a ROM for awhile but for some reason the keyboard no longer works. Everything such as using keyboard to save state works but hitting anything else does nothing. I even disabled the joypad controls and only have the keyboard controls activated.

I figured it out. There's something wrong with the keypad controls in the emulator. I had to press 6 to switch my gamepad controls to keyboard controls even though I had disabled my gamepad controls from the menu and enabled keyboard controls.
