upload save from onedrive not working

Hi ive been using snex9x for windows phone playing 7th saga, I have tested the one drive functionality except for the "download save game from onedrive to windows phone", other than that it is functional.
The first time I downloaded a save game from onedrive I loaded the it just fine on windows phone but since then when I dowsload saves from onedrive and try to load it behaves as if there is no save game.
not sure what could be the problem.
