Problems with configuring PS3 controllers in Apple Yosemite

Can someone help me?
Since i've updated my Mac to Yosemite and start up Snesx 1.51 (because 1.53 won't work properly due to the mac update), I can't configure my PS3 properly.
When I go Configure controllers and re-assign the buttons....everything starts to blink and it looks like the mac does the buttons itself.
Then when I start the game it looks like as if the buttons are on turbo or something. The whole game goes berserk!!!
What's wrong with it?
Please can anybody help?
By the way, I downloaded BSNES and the same problem occurs over there.
