[crash] Creating new folder crashes Snes9x, Windows 8

Was playing Tetris Attack, wanted to record an AVI file and went to my root directory. Trying to create a new folder there (standard Windows dialog, New Folder button) crashed Snes9x.
Windows 8 x64, pretty new Core i7 HP laptop, can post more specs if needed, will try to reproduce the bug if needed.
Thanks for doing that very fine job, very keen and looking forward for new versions.
upd.: Good and bad news at once. Just did it all over again (loaded a savestate on the same game, tried to create a new folder) and was not able to get the software crashed once more.
