SNES9x Control Issue

I've been using my 8BitDo Ultimate C 2.4G Wireless Controller but can't find a way how to throw my shield or boomerang into the Mysterious Pond. My mapped key don't highlight either items to throw into the pond, any help for A Link To The Past greatly appreciated.

I found my problem. Silly me I tried pushing the select button rather than see what was on the screen, sorry for posting this as everything is working fine now.
