Does the patch require a specific emulator or even a specific version of a specific emulator?

What operating system are you using? 32 or 64bit? Version of Snes9x? Is the text at the bottom of the window white when you load the game?

Yep, Camo_Yoshi, it seems this is another patch that requires inaccurate emulation to work.
