Need help on key mapping on android

Post by paquiquinho »

Good evening.

I own a xperia x10 mini pro and I'd like to use the keyboard to play. I've mapped the keys but the only ones working are the two arrows (left and right), the start button (the enter button) and those load/save state buttons. A, B, X, Y, etc... aren't working. How can I solve this?

There seems to be an issue with how the x10 Mini Pro reports keyboard events. It sends a key release after every press, preventing the app from detecting if a button is held down and making the input only work on menus/text. I don't have this device myself, but someone previously reported there's a phone setting that can change this behavior. Let me know if you get it working.

Snes9x works on X10 mini pro!

Post by DenizAsker »

Hi,
I just got Snes9x working on my X10 mini pro.
Initially, I had the same issue with the keyboard but the post above gave me an idea. Therefore I went to the settings menu and desactivated the default input in the 'Language and Keyboard' text settings.
Everything now works perfectly fine!
Great app!
