Monitor Refresh Sync

I thought of another idea and if this is possible the video will be smoother on some monitors. The idea is to sync the video to the monitor's refresh rate but the game runs at the same speed as a real SNES or Super Famicon and an option for turning it on or off. It minimizes the frame lag on monitors with refresh rates lower than the actual SNES system.

Most of the issue is just the way the audio settings are set. Sort of have to explain in short, but I find it very smooth if you match the audio input setting to the SNES sample rat of 32Khz and turn on audio sync. the frame buffer has to be timed to 64ms. Turn off Triple Buffering if you are using vsync.
