Snes9x.com

Hey I messing around last night with pyside qt bindings and came up with this. Im not pretending it's professional and polished like snes9x-gtk, still it might be usefull for someone.

It expects to find ~/.snes9x/snes9x.config and Dir:Roms to be an absolute path. It will crash otherwise. Eventualy I'd like to turn it into a full-ish featured configuration tool/launcher.
