How to erase the Recently Played Games list?

Post by supernintendosp »

I'm having trouble knowing what to do here. I wish to erase the Recently Played Games list and I searched all over the menus.

By the way, I've read other threads with the same problem and still did not adequately answer what I wanted - which was to cleanly erase it without messing with the darned registry.

I did NOT get an FAQ with the copy of snes9X (sorry if spelled incorrectly)

I'm guessing you are using the windows port:

Open snes9x.conf with your favorite text editor, look for [Settings\Win\Files] and delete all lines starting with Rom:RecentGame.

I say we need to add it to the Options menu somewhere.

What operating system are you using? 32 or 64bit? Version of Snes9x? Is the text at the bottom of the window white when you load the game?
These suggestions are usually the solution to your issue!
