SuperFX emulated clock frequency

Greetings

I am using snes9x (1.58) on retroarch and I saw that there is an option to overclock the SuperFX chip.
My question is: What is the clock of the emulated SuperFX chip when the overclock is at 100%? 10MHz or 20MHz? Or is it game specific?
