Sprites and BGs

Hi All,

I want to be able to disable the ability to turn off backgrounds and sprites. Reason being is my Start key on my cabinet turns off sprites and my select key turns off backgrounds so there is a conflict. Cant really remapp start or select elseware

Im not really fussed about turning spites and backgrounds on and off

Check Settings->Customize Hotkeys and disable the bindings there.
